Aniya stems from a background in social work, working with children and families in our communities. Aniya was born and raised in Westchester County and moved to Albany to pursue her degree. She graduated from New Rochelle High School in 2018. In 2022 she graduated from the University at Albany with her bachelor’s in criminal justice and psychology.

In her free time, Aniya is a fine artist who paints beautiful paintings. She loves to travel and learn new things. You can find her after work in her art studio with a candle every day.
