Jessica Phillips is an associate attorney at Copps DiPaola Silverman, PLLC, focusing on matrimonial and family law. Jessica brings a unique perspective and a strong commitment to advocating for her clients’ rights and well-being during some of life’s most challenging times. At Copps DiPaola Silverman, PLLC, Jessica handles a variety of cases including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, and family offense and domestic violence matters. Jessica believes in the importance of clear communication and works diligently to ensure that her clients are well-informed at every step of the legal process.

Understanding that family law matters can be emotionally charged, Jessica approaches each case with sensitivity while also preparing her clients for the realities of legal proceedings. Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, where she was an executive board member of the Family Law Society. Throughout her law school career, Jessica also served as a research assistant, exploring access to Free and Appropriate Public Education for children with disabilities, and was a finalist in the Donna Jo Morse Negotiations Competition. Today, Jessica remains active in the legal community, serving as a Member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Children & the Law.
