Lexis E. Carista is a dedicated and accomplished paralegal supporting the firm’s following practice areas: estate planning, probate, assisted reproduction technology, surrogacy and name changes.

Before joining our team, Lexis was a full-time student while gaining valuable experience as an intern at a law firm in Hamden, CT. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University, earning a bachelor’s degree in law in Society and a minor in General Business. During her academic tenure, Lexis was inducted into the Order of Omega and Gamma Sigma Alpha Greek Honor Societies and was a member of Alpha Chi Omega.

A Capital District native, Lexis enjoys exploring new coffee shops, visiting art galleries, spending days by the lake, and traveling whenever possible. She currently resides in Brunswick, NY, with her family and her beloved dog, Ziggy. Lexis is deeply committed to community service and is a passionate advocate for Domestic Violence Awareness and Childhood Cancer Awareness. She actively volunteers her time to support these causes.

As the oldest of three siblings, Lexis cherishes spending quality time with her younger brother and sister, often planning family activities and outings. Her dedication to her family, profession, and community exemplifies her well-rounded and compassionate nature, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
