Employment Opportunities: Litigation Attorney

Copps DiPaola Silverman, PLLC, a matrimonial and family law firm in Albany, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our team. We represent individuals throughout the Capital District and surrounding counties in matters involving divorce, separation, child custody, spousal and child support, domestic violence, property distribution, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. The candidate must be a graduate of an accredited law school, admitted to practice in New York State, and preferably have 2-3 years of legal experience, but we may consider certain applicants with more experience. Matrimonial and family law litigation experience is required.
