New York Surrogacy Center

Copps DiPaola Silverman, PLLC opened New York Surrogacy Center (“NYSC”) in 2020 and it is run by attorneys Casey DiPaola and Joe Williams. NYSC is a surrogacy matching program that works with surrogates primarily on the East Coast and intended parents primarily from the Northeast. NYSC was licensed by the New York State Department of Health to match New York surrogates as of May 21, 2021 (License Number GS211000).

NYSC is an intentionally small program, which allows us to maintain close relationships with all of our surrogates and intended parents and to provide individualized attention to all parties throughout the process. We pride ourselves on personalized matching services that pair intended parents with compatible, like-minded surrogates.

NYSC follows all American Society of Reproductive Medicine (“ASRM”) guidelines regarding surrogacy and has rigorous prescreening procedures for surrogate before matching to help provide the best chance of a smooth and successful surrogacy journey for all involved.  NYSC is also a member of the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (“SEEDS”) and strictly follows all SEEDS ethical guidelines

The attorneys of Copps DiPaola Silverman, PLLC do not provide legal representation for drafting of surrogacy agreements or parentage proceedings to any of the parties using NYSC’s surrogacy matching services, in order to ensure that all parties are represented by independent legal counsel during the legal phase of their surrogacy journey.
